Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing ABA treatment programs for children with autism
- Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Training staff and client caregivers
- Overseeing data collection
- Reporting on progress to ensure the highest level of care
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric Experience
- Crisis management and trauma-informed care experience
- Familiarity with Data Collection Software
- CPR certification

Physical Requirements
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must be able to meet the following physical standards:
- Safety & Crisis Response: Ability to perform sprinting and quick pivoting motions to respond to client elopement (running) and ensure safety.
- Lifting & Mobility: Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Static Postures: Capability to withstand prolonged periods of sitting and standing, including extended time working at a computer.
- Dynamic Movement: Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and transitioning between different physical positions throughout the day.
- Stamina: Ability to sustain high levels of energy and focus during continuous client appointments lasting a minimum of 3 hours.
